This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Data processed and collection methods

This website does not contain any forms that collect identity, contact, or health data. The website processes only visit statistics collected through cookies (pages viewed, visit duration, approximate location, device and browser information), along with demographic estimates such as age and gender and interest categories through Google Signals. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email, the name, contact information, and appointment request you share are processed solely for the purpose of scheduling an appointment.

If you seek care at the practice, any health data processed falls within the scope of the practice’s record system, not this website, and a separate privacy notice will be provided to you at the practice.

Purposes and legal bases for processing

Visit statistics are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in improving the website’s functionality and content (KVKK Article 5/2-f). Your appointment request is processed on the legal bases of necessity for the establishment and performance of a contract (Article 5/2-c) and the provision of healthcare services (Article 6/3).

Data transfers

Visit statistics are processed by Google Ireland Limited as part of the Google Analytics service and transferred abroad; these transfers are carried out under Google’s data processing terms and standard contractual clauses. Since Google Signals is enabled, Google generates demographic estimates for visitors signed in to their Google accounts. You can prevent this measurement through your browser settings or Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The website’s infrastructure is hosted on the Lovable platform. Apart from this, your personal data is not shared with third parties; it may only be transferred to legally authorized public authorities in circumstances prescribed by law.

Retention period

Visit statistics are retained for a maximum of 14 months. Communication records relating to appointments are retained for the period prescribed by applicable legislation and are deleted or anonymized at the end of that period.

Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the law; to request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of these actions; to object to any outcome detrimental to you resulting from analysis exclusively through automated systems; and to seek compensation for any damage you suffer due to unlawful processing.
