Kongre özeti olarak yayımlanan bu olgu serisi, birinci derece yakınını kaybetmiş ve uzamış karmaşık yas bozukluğu tanısı alan üç kişide kısa süreli EMDR'nin etkisini anlatıyor. Bir ya da iki seans sonrasında suçluluk ve kaçınmada azalma, günlük düzene dönüş ve ölçek puanlarında belirgin düşüş bildiriliyor.
