Bu editöryal yazı, travma sonrası stres bozukluğunda uzun süreli maruz bırakma, bilişsel işleme terapisi ve EMDR gibi kanıta dayalı travma odaklı tedavilerin güncel durumunu özetliyor. Ardından psikedelik destekli psikoterapi, nöromodülasyon ve yapay zekâ destekli dijital terapiler gibi gelişmekte olan yaklaşımları eleştirel biçimde ele alıyor ve kişiselleştirilmiş, disiplinlerarası bir tedavi anlayışını savunuyor.
