## الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فحص العلاقة بين أعراض الكرب التالي للصدمة عقب الخسائر في العملات المشفّرة والمخططات المبكرة غير التكيفية لدى الأطباء. أُجريت هذه الدراسة المقطعية باستخدام نموذج المسح الارتباطي، وشملت 94 طبيبًا في أنحاء تركيا أفادوا بتكبّد خسائر مالية في أسواق العملات المشفّرة بين 15 أبريل و15 يوليو 2022. جُمعت البيانات عبر الإنترنت باستخدام استمارة للمعلومات الاجتماعية والديموغرافية، واستبيان يونغ للمخططات – النسخة المختصرة الثالثة، ومقياس تأثير الحدث المنقّح (IES-R). صُنّف المشاركون الذين بلغت درجاتهم الكلية على مقياس تأثير الحدث المنقّح 33 أو أكثر ضمن فئة ذوي الأعراض المرتفعة على المقياس، بما يعكس ارتفاع مستوى الضيق المرتبط بالحدث وفقًا لدرجة قطع تحرٍّ، وليس تشخيصًا سريريًا لاضطراب الكرب التالي للصدمة. وصُنّف ثمانية عشر مشاركًا (19.1%) ضمن هذه الفئة. وفي حين لم تُرصد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العمر أو الحالة الاجتماعية أو الحالة الوظيفية أو مدة الاستثمار، كانت نسبة المدخرات المخصّصة للعملات المشفّرة أعلى لدى المشاركين ذوي الأعراض المرتفعة على مقياس IES-R. وسجّلت هذه الفئة درجات أعلى في مخططات الفشل، والتشاؤم، والاعتمادية/التشابك، والعقابية، والعيب، والقابلية للتعرّض للأذى. كما أظهرت تحليلات ارتباط إضافية أن الدرجة الكلية لمقياس IES-R ارتبطت إيجابيًا بالتشاؤم، والعقابية، والاعتمادية/التشابك، والفشل، بعد التصحيح وفق معدل الاكتشافات الكاذبة. ومع ذلك، لم يتنبأ أيٌّ من هذه المتغيرات، على نحو مستقل، بالانتماء إلى فئة ذوي الأعراض المرتفعة على مقياس IES-R في تحليل الانحدار اللوجستي الاستكشافي. وتشير هذه النتائج إلى أن الخسائر في العملات المشفّرة قد لا تمثّل عامل ضغط مالي فحسب، بل قد تكون أيضًا تجربة مؤثرة مرتبطة بأعراض الكرب التالي للصدمة وأنماط المخططات غير التكيفية لدى الأطباء.
