## الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم تأثير بروتوكول إزالة التحسس وإعادة المعالجة بحركات العين (EMDR) للأزواج على مستويات الرضا عن العلاقة والاكتئاب والقلق لدى الأزواج. ويختلف هذا البروتوكول عن إجراءات EMDR المعتادة في أن الشريكين يحضران جلسة العلاج معًا، ويخضعان للتحفيز ثنائي الجانب في الوقت نفسه. ويستهدف العلاج الأحداث المزعجة التي مرّ بها الزوجان معًا. وتُتاح لكل شريك خلال الجلسة فرصة تقبّل عملية تعافي الآخر وإدراكها ومشاهدتها. ويتكوّن بروتوكول EMDR للأزواج من ثماني مراحل، وقد طُوِّر للأزواج الراغبين في تحسين علاقتهم. وتألفت عينة الدراسة من 18 زوجًا من الشركاء ممن تنطبق عليهم شروط تطبيق بروتوكول EMDR للأزواج. وقدّم العلاجَ للأزواج معالجٌ نفسي بتقنية EMDR مؤهَّل بالمستوى الثاني من الجمعية الأوروبية لـ EMDR. وبلغ متوسط عدد الجلسات 14.27 ± 4.04. وأظهر الأزواج تحسنًا ذا دلالة إحصائية بين القياسات قبل العلاج بتقنية EMDR وبعده وعند المتابعة بعد ثلاثة أشهر، مع أحجام تأثير كبيرة للرضا عن العلاقة (η 2 = 0.944)، والاكتئاب (η 2 = 0.385)، والقلق (η 2 = 0.258). وأظهرت الدراسة الحالية التي قيّمت فعالية بروتوكول EMDR للأزواج تأثيرًا إيجابيًا على الرضا عن العلاقة وأعراض الاكتئاب والقلق لدى الأزواج. وبدا أن بروتوكول EMDR للأزواج آمن وفعّال.
